Software Engineer

Our software engineering team is looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer who is a self-starter willing to work hard and contribute their talents to our fast growing business. This is a full-time position working as a member of our software engineering team in our Kaysville, UT office.

A successful candidate will:
  • Work closely with other team members to implement new features in a software-as-a-service platform that provides control and monitoring of wireless devices in the ATM and IoT industries.
  • Have interest in full-stack development, including all layers of customer-facing software services, web services, server-side application code, distributed data-stores and cloud based deployments.
  • Embrace and promote best practices in building and delivering well-tested, quality software.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, great communication and ability to learn new skills.

Required Skills and Experience
  • At least two years experience developing software in Scala, or two years experience developing in Java and has a strong desire to learn Scala
  • Continuous integration, test-driven development
  • Agile development methodologies
  • Experience using GitHub and/or Git
  • Use of common HTML5 & JavaScript front-end libraries (Bootstrap & JQuery)
  • AngularJS experience
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Understanding of functional programming concepts
  • Experience developing in highly scalable applications
  • Knowledge of web services (particularly REST)
  • Experience deploying to AWS
  • Experience working with a NoSQL datastore (particularly MongoDB)

Receptionist/ Accounting and HR Support

Job Description

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing national technical support group. The desired candidate must work well in teams, have a positive attitude, possess good communication skills, ability to learn cellular and network communication methods, proficient with desktop software applications and demonstrate a commitment to deliver quality service to our customers.

Job responsibilities include: Providing technical phone support to customers throughout North America for cellular networks supporting M2M communications and for operating ATM’s and Kiosks together with their components. Training is provided such that our associates can troubleshoot, diagnose, and assist customers and on- site technical repair groups to quickly resolve operational issues.

    Operations Field Associate

    We are looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented individual who will work hard and contribute their talents. The individual will be part time, working 32-40 hours per week. Candidates must be self-motivated, have strong critical thinking skills, and a positive attitude. Need to be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, while maintaining work quality. This individual will be a contributor to an accounting team working under the direction of a Controller.

    Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: assemble all pertinent data to assess the field upgrade of ATM equipment and maintenance needs of the portfolio, work with other departments and suppliers to gather the necessary tools and supplies to perform upgrades, coordinate with field service teams on work to be done, travel to specific markets to perform work where the density of machines dictate direct involvement, manage costs, report on progress and escalate issues as needed.

    Requirements

    • Full Time: Temporary with possibility to move to permanent
    • Technical experience in troubleshooting and assembly
    • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Ability to work with Excel and other Microsoft software packages
    • Strong communication skills
    • Some college preferred
    • Extensive travel may be required
    • Ability to manage service levels with other suppliers
