Back to Press Releases

eGlobal and Avendra Partnership Experiences Unprecedented Growth. KAYSVILLE, UT, April 23, 2013—ATMequipment.com, a Grant Victor company, today announced the opening of an additional office strategically positioned to better serve customers in the Northeast ATM market. Located in Stamford, Connecticut, the new office will provide the same full-service offering currently available at the Utah headquarters office.

“At ATMequipment.com, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our customers’ experience and to create better operational efficiency. We feel the opening of this new facility will have an immediate positive impact on the industry. Thank you to our associates who worked hard to make this come together, and our valued partners for their support and guidance,” said Jim Ethridge, President of ATMequipment.com.

Responses from ATMequipment.com’s industry partners have been positive:

“This move clearly shows ATMequipment.com’s recognition of the strategic importance of the Northeast US market and positions them to deliver a full range of products and services to that area,” said Chris Juetten, Vice President of Retail Sales Division for Hyosung.

Mike Lee, Chief Executive Officer of ATMIA commented, “Grant Victor has always been a leader in the industry. Very few companies can span the country like they do in their support of large and small ATM operators.”

"We congratulate ATMequipment on their expansion plan to "roll" into the northeast. Providing local service and distribution for Hantle and Genmega customers is welcome news and will be a definite "hit" in the Northeast market. This type of aggressive move not only shows their dedication to the Northeast market, but their ongoing unmatched competitiveness in the entire US ATM industry," said Bill Dunn, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Hantle.

As part of the full-service offering, benefits to local Northeast ATM operators will include:

1. Will-Call Equipment and Supplies. Customers will be able to pickup will-call equipment, allowing them to transport machines and supplies for an immediate installation. When requested, ATMequipment.com staff will also unbox and configure ATM machines, making a simple implementation for ATM operators.

2. Reduced Shipping Times. For customers in the Northeast, shipping times on equipment, parts, and supplies will be reduced dramatically due to geographic proximity.

3. Quicker Turnaround on Repairs. The new local ATMequipment.com Repair Center will allow customers to hand deliver equipment and parts for repair, and upon completion, return for pick up. In many cases, shipping can be eliminated completely.

The new office officially opened April 15, 2013 and is located at 360 Fairfield Avenue, Stamford, CT. To commemorate the opening, ATMequipment.com is having an open house on May 3rd, 11:00-2:00, lunch will be served. All customers, affiliates, and other industry participants are invited to attend.
